This is a good example of what we do. The brief was to upgrade this good quality, but dated limed oak kitchen.

We designed the overall decorating and paint scheme to make the room feel lighter and more contemporary.

It already had granite worktops but new stylish mosaic tiles, new floor, new sink and taps, a hand painted finish and redecoration completed the updated look.

This kitchen was isolated from the rest of the house and a bit cramped. The plan, with appropriate building control oversight and certification, was to remove part of the wall between the dining room and the kitchen to integrate them and make a free flowing family space.

We also modified the layout of the units, supplied granite worktops, installed oak flooring through out, updated the electrics and lighting then applied a hand painted finish and decorating to bring it together.

kitchen makeovers a speciality at the refurbish kitchen companyget a new kitchen made from your old kitchen with our kitchen makeovers

This project showcases our remodelling skills. We combined two rooms into one by taking a wall out and returned the chimney breast to its original function.

We enlarged the original masonry to take a modern range cooker.

It is not strictly a refurbished kitchen in the sense of renovating what was already there but we used 2nd hand units bought on e-bay, and the range stove came from a client who was changing to an Aga, even the beech worktop was an off-cut.

New bespoke kitchen doors were custom-made and the kitchen had new granite worktops and tiles. An old pine table was given a new lease of life by painting the legs to match the units.
